Click & Collect
Shop online as usual and add your products to cart. During checkout, select In-store pick-up as your delivery method. We will give you a call when an item is ready for pick up. If you’re in a rush or have a schedule to follow, please give us a call first to make sure we have it in stock or to set a date for pick up.
Shipping Cost
Within New Zealand
Auckland Only – Tracked $8, Signed – $10. Outside Auckland – Tracked $10, Signed $12
Please note that for change of mind purchases, the customer can return the product for a full refund. However, the shipping and handling fee incurred in the process will be deducted. Return Postage should also be shouldered by the customer.
For International Shipping
International Shipping Cost is automatically calculated at the end of the checkout. You can choose either Airmail or Courier Tracked Shipping. We highly recommend Tracked Shipping for your parcels if you can afford it. This will help speed up delivery and you will able to track in real time.
Shipping Method
We use Courier Post / NZ Post to deliver parcels. You will receive an email confirmation when we dispatch your order to you.
Shipping Times
Please note that there are currently delivery delays within and outside New Zealand due to the global covid-19 pandemic and the evolving crisis in Ukraine and Russia. Please allow additional days to the time frames indicated below. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
*Within New Zeland
We strive to deliver within 5 working days in NZ.
If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.
Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days if your order is placed within two days of public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
We may need to order some items for you or we may have some of them made. In that case, there may be a slight delay in delivery. If you need an item urgently, please enquire first of stock availability before you place an order.
*International
International Delivery (NOT TRACKED). Parcels shipped via International Delivery are NOT tracked and does not require a receiver’s signature upon delivery.
International Courier (Tracked, and or Signature Required): Parcels are tracked at key points until it reaches its destination and receiver’s signature is collected on delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Parcels
Once you received a notification of your tracking number or of your dispatch notice, you are then responsible for tracking your parcel until it reaches its destination. If you have not receive any notification from us, please contact us as soon as possible.
For international shipping, the parcel is passed off to other companies once the shipment arrives in the destination country. This means you can track your item on more than one tracking link. Please see the links below;
Undelivered or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is not delivered within the indicated time frame, please lodge first an enquiry directly with New Zealand Post as they are able to handle your query faster. You are welcome to get in touch with us if you do need further assistance.
For parcels that are deemed lost or damaged in transit, the claim needs to be lodged within 21 days (tracked items) and 90 days (non-tracked items) for insurance to be paid. We will either send a replacement or give you a full refund as soon as the claim is approved.
During the investigation process, New Zealand Post will require the recipient to reply to their letter by mail or email requesting confirmation of non-delivery. If they receive no response, the claim will be declined. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement parcel or deny full refund.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Items for shipment overseas may be liable to taxes, customs duties, and or other fees. These charges are out of our control and any duty payments are the customer’s responsibility.
