Yes. We ship worldwide, with shipping costs and delivery times calculated at checkout.

Returns & Warranty
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty. See our Returns & Warranty Policy.
No. All Sale and Clearance purchases are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Sale and Clearance items are offered at reduced prices to clear stock. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them.
We provide detailed size charts and product descriptions to help you choose. If unsure, contact us before purchasing. If you’ve already received your item, you can return it for an exchange in your preferred size.

Shipping, Customs & Refund Policy
All international orders are shipped GST-free from New Zealand. However, please note that local customs authorities in your country may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us because customs duties or local taxes were not paid, we will refund the cost of the item(s) once the order is received back in its original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any re-shipping costs or return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, even if the parcel is later refused or returned.
