2. Are your sheepskin products real?

Yes, most of our products are made from 100% genuine sheepskin, alpaca or possum using New Zealand/Australian wool. We pride ourselves on using only high-quality, natural materials to ensure durability, comfort, and timeless appeal.

3. How do I care for my sheepskin products?

Sheepskin is naturally self-cleaning to some extent, but spot cleaning and gentle brushing can help maintain it. For deeper cleaning, follow the care instructions provided with your item or refer to our Sheepskin Care Guide. Avoid machine washing unless the label specifically states it’s safe.

4. Do you offer custom sizing or special orders?

Yes! We can custom-make certain items such as seat covers, rugs, or boots. Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and and are calculated at checkout.

6. How long will delivery take?

Within New Zealand, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Custom orders may require additional time.

7. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
