Terms and Conditions
Wholesale Criteria:
1. Business Registration: Applicants must be registered businesses, either as a sole proprietorship, partnership, or company, operating within the retail, hospitality, or related industries.
2. Minimum Order Purchase: The minimum order for wholesale purchases is NZ $300.
Wholesale Policy:
1. Pricing: Wholesale customers will receive a discounted rate on all products, as determined by The Sheepskin Factory's pricing structure. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due prior to delivery. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or afterpay.
3.Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges will be added to the total order amount. Delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of order placement.
5. Returns and Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund or replacement, subject to inspection by The Sheepskin Factory.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Wholesale Agreement: All wholesale customers must sign a Wholesale Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the relationship between The Sheepskin Factory and the customer.
2. Confidentiality: Customers agree to keep all pricing, product information, and other business-related data confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the written consent of The Sheepskin Factory.
3. Intellectual Property: Customers agree to respect and not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, owned by The Sheepskin Factory.
4. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
5. Termination: The Sheepskin Factory reserves the right to terminate the wholesale relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
By applying for and accepting wholesale status with The Sheepskin Factory, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
