Waited months and months and the items didn’t arrive. Took the company weeks to sort out and Etsy had to get involved. Really poor

I ordered 10 Long Wool Sheepskin Pads. Only 2 were actually long wool and the correct size. The 8 others were short wool and noticeably smaller - so much smaller that they don't even cover the seat area of my chairs. I sent the company photos and they did nothing to rectify the problem. Very disappointed in this product and company!
